How To Use:
- Apply one thin layer of Blooming Gel — do not cure.
- Apply your desired gel polish color directly into the wet Blooming Gel layer.
- Wait a few seconds and watch the color naturally bloom and spread into your design.
- Once you are happy with your design, cure for 60 seconds under an LED/UV lamp.
- Seal with your favorite top coat for a long-lasting finish.
